• The dough contains no flavor enhancers or preservatives - according to the Slow Food philosophy
• Each carton contains 10 pieces (or 20 pieces for the "Creme" variety). The tarte flambées are individually vacuum-packed in plastic wrap.
• The tarte flambée dough contains, according to the original Alsatian recipe, no yeast and is therefore light and digestible
• The ingredients of the topping variations are of uncompromising quality
• The tarte flambées are inclusive of freight by frozen forwarding
