Spelt flour is becoming increasingly popular – primarily due to its slightly nutty flavor and its good digestibility. Our spelt tarte flambée bases impress with their excellent baking properties and are perfect for a healthy diet. Please note that spelt contains gluten and is therefore not suitable for people with gluten intolerance.

Shipping of dough bases and shelf life
We only ship fresh bases (not frozen). These are packaged in a protective atmosphere and have a shelf life of at least three to four weeks when shipped by refrigerated freight. You can also order our tarte flambées via UPS; in this case, the bases should be used within 10 days of shipment. Our tarte flambée bases can also be easily frozen and stored frozen for up to one year. For open packages, you can find suitable ziplock freezer bags in our shop.
