Folie entfernen. Das beste Backergebnis wird in einem vorgeheizten Schamott- oder Gitterrostofen erreicht. Bei 275 – 300°C Ober- und Unterhitze wird der Flammkuchen für 4 – 6 Minuten direkt auf dem Schamott- bzw. Gitterrost kross gebacken. Alternativ: Im Umluftofen (Umluft möglichst reduzieren) oder Backofen, ausgestattet mit einer Backplatte bzw. einem beschichteten Backblech.
