This small Flammkuchen blade makes it easy to take cooked Flammkuchen out of the Flammkuchen oven. It can also be used to test whether your Flammkuchen has finished baking. If it still sags at the edges, it needs to bake in the oven for a little longer.

We recommend using our preparation boards to slide the prepared Flammkuchen into the oven, as the fresh Flammkuchen dough will not stick to the wood and will slide easily onto the pizza stone.
