Shipping policy

We ship our products either via UPS (standard shipping) or refrigerated via Nagel forwarding service. Below you will find a detailed overview of shipping methods and costs.

Standard Shipping via UPS

Germany

We ship tarte flambée bases and accessories nationwide via UPS.

  • Shipping cost per order: from €7.50 incl. VAT
  • Free shipping for orders over €200

EU Countries

We also deliver tarte flambée bases and accessories to other European countries via UPS.

  • Shipping cost per order (up to 25 kg): €19.50 incl. VAT

Refrigerated Shipping via Nagel Forwarding

Products such as tarte flambée cream, bacon, cheese, ovens, and starter sets are shipped exclusively refrigerated via Nagel forwarding. Tarte flambée bases can also be shipped refrigerated upon request. Due to the continuous cold chain, the best-before date (BBD) on the packaging applies (approx. 3–4 weeks from receipt of goods).

Dough bases can be ordered starting from 2 boxes. Any combination of dough bases, tarte flambée cream, bacon, cheese, ovens, and starter sets is only possible via the Nagel refrigerated shipping service – available in the shop.

Frozen Goods Shipping

Products such as our frozen tarte flambée are delivered exclusively deep-frozen by freight carrier.

Germany

For all frozen products, shipping costs are included in the product price and are therefore free of charge.

Other EU Countries

For other EU countries, we offer shipping via frozen freight carrier only upon request. This option cannot be selected directly in the online shop. Please contact us.
