Should the need arise to freeze Flammkuchen bases from an opened packet, our resealable bags can store up to 15 bases. Simply slide the bases into the bag, squeeze out the air and seal the bag, then put it in the freezer.
The Tarte Flambée dough can be stored at -18°C for up to 1 year.
It is also possible to remove individual bases without any problem. We recommend allowing the Flammkuchen dough to defrost gently in the fridge before using it.
