Tarte Flambée oven "Elsass 2" 230V

Double chamber oven with a baking capacity of approx. 30 oval or 60 midi sized tarte flambées per hour

Compact fireclay stone oven with lots of baking comfort.

The "Elsass 2" is a handy standard electric oven with 2 independent baking chambers. Upper and lower heating can be controlled separately. The viewing window and the lighting make it easy to keep an eye on the baking process without having to open the lid and thus lose heat. The oven can be used after a heating time of 15 - 20 minutes. The baking time of a flame cake at ~290°C is approx. 3 1/2 minutes. The "Elsass 2" is also easy to transport, so that Flammkuchen catering or use at street festivals or in the beer garden are no problem.
